Julie Lineberger

Julie Lineberger

Founder & President

Julie Lineberger, EdM Harvard, is a successful entrepreneur, and President of WheelPad L3C. Her past success with LineSync Architecture, a green and sustainable firm in southern Vermont, garnered numerous awards for both Design and Business Management. A previous career in International Development included managing and participating in projects for the United Nations Development Program, the International Rescue Committee, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees throughout the world.  

As the current chair of Green America Board of Directors and past chair of Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility Board of Directors, Julie has led many workshops and is a consultant on various aspects of business management. She is also involved in various community efforts and in maintaining positive, healthy work environments both at LineSync Architecture and at WheelPad L3C.

RJ Adler

Director of Growth

 

RJ has spent an exciting marketing career that spans fundraising at The Keewaydin Foundation, his boyhood summer camp, and Community Organizing at SunCommon, a solar energy company. A keen interest in accessible housing has driven him to WheelPad where he aims to help more people live independently. RJ lives in Berlin, VT, where he enjoys going outside, dancing, and playing music.

Luella Strattner

Administration

Luella, MTS Harvard Divinity School, has experience with marketing & communications, organizational development and restructuring, website & social media management, and general admin tasks. She brings a mindful and compassionate approach to customer service, and is excited to invest her energy in WheelPad.

Thomas Cincotta

Project Manager

A self employed 30 year veteran of the residential construction industry, Thomas brings experience with efficiency, active listening, patience, compassion and a natural grace when working with people in crisis through Professional Care Giving. His success as a stay-at-home father of two, while also acting as primary caregiver for his grandfather, from ages 94-100, brought him to that second career. This unique combination of skills makes Thomas an exceptional asset as Lead Project Manager for WheelPad L3C.

Shae Bouchard

Accessible Housing Advisor

Shaelyn Bouchard joined the WheelPad team in early 2022. She is a Physical Therapist with a board-certification in neurologic physical therapy. She has experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, as well as custom wheelchair fittings. She understands the importance of accessible housing and functional living spaces for those with mobility challenges, and is excited to help clients see how WheelPad can work for them. 

Shae lives in Bristol, RI and enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.

Pat Heffernan, CMC

Advisor, Marketing & Business Development

President and Co-Founder of Marketing Partners, Inc, Pat Heffernan and her team at Marketing Partners, Inc has worked with WheelPad L3C since early 2021 to help guide our marketing strategy and refine business operations.

Pat has advised a number of Vermont’s mission-driven business success stories during their formative growth years, including Autumn Harp, NRG Systems, and Vermont Creamery. In addition to earning the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, Pat holds a B.A., MBA, and is a founder of Women Business Owners Network (WBON) and Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility (VBSR).

Andrew Stickney, MBA

Advisor

Currently Chief of Staff at H1, a healthcare data platform. Andrew has been advising WheelPad L3C since it was founded in 2015. With experience in Venture Capital, Marketing, and Operations at high-growth companies, his perspective and support have helped WheelPad move from concept to company and prepare for investment.

Melinda Moulton

Advisor, Development Consultant

An environmentalist and advocate for social justice, she is a Governor appointee to the Vermont Commission on Women and the Pathways from Poverty Council. Board Member: Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, Vermont Health Care for All, The College Steps Program, The Vermont Folklife Center, and The Main Street Alliance.

Todd A. Gareiss, MBA

Advisor, Strategic Business Consultant

Todd’s career and passion has always revolved around marketing and startups. He started out with Merrill Lynch as a marketing associate, launched a dot com in 1996 and profitably exited in 2001. He began investing in real estate and now he occasionally consults for startups and mentors small business owners. Todd provides insightful business, strategic, and marketing planning, through a combination of creative and innovative solutions, to existing and start-up businesses, leading to stronger market share, increased brand recognition, and strengthened sales revenue. Todd has advised Julie since 2015.

Tim George

Advisor, Financial Consultant

Tim George has nearly 25 years of professional experience with three large and highly entrepreneurial Vermont-based businesses, namely Vermont Teddy Bear, Burton Snowboards, and Hampton Direct, and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and the University of Vermont. Tim's goal in creating Vermont Expertise is to make the connections that will grow Vermont businesses to their maximum potential, with a byproduct of strengthening our employment base and overall local economy as a whole. Tim has advised Julie since 2015.

Riley Poor

Advisor & Minority Owner

Riley Poor is an award-winning action sports filmmaker, cinematographer, director, executive producer, and marketer. A godson of Julie, Riley’s tragic accident in 2009 served as the catalyst for the birth of WheelPad. After decades of work in the film production industry, including for Nike and Red Bull, Riley is now a universal designer, consultant, speaker, writer, and disability advocate on a mission to highlight diverse stories within communities impacted by a disability that you might otherwise not hear. As an aspiring agent of social change, and through perseverance and innovation, Riley continues to tell the stories of subcultures that are critical to sparking curiosity in big social solutions.

Owen Milne

Advisor

Owen is passionate about community service and civic engagement and has a long-standing history of non-profit work through volunteerism and board leadership. He has served on the board of directors for United Way of Northwest Vermont, Generator, Leadership Champlain, Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce, SerVermont, VT Green Building Network, Partnership for Change, Governors Committee for Employment of People with Disabilities and Northeast Disabled Athletics Association. Owen is a veteran and has served as a consultant for the design of WheelPad models and has been advising Julie since 2015.

Neil Joseph

Advisor, Operations

​Seasoned in general and operational management expertise, Neil has deep experience in engineering solutions, sourcing, inventing, patents, product development, negotiating and manufacturing. In addition to implementing Deming Quality systems, he is known for initiating creative sales strategies, expanding customer base, and developing sustainable sales and marketing plans to overcome market challenges. Neil is adept at building top-producing relationships with customers and business partners, as well as with WheelPad's Team.
